Well, i guess Tumblr is going to suck for awhile. Twitter is going to be one thing we can use this site to upload kemono stuff here for awhile.

Well then, I guess there's no reason to use the site now. I went there usually for SFW stuff but I can follow those artists on Pixiv. Saying that, I would rather not like to make a Twitter account just to follow a few kemono artists.

Also I hope the snowflakes in Tumblr stays there.

While I'm not too surprised corporate mismanagement is killing Tumblr, I always thought Tumblr's death would be from political extremists reaching a point where they finally drive away the more moderate users.

To me the icing on the cake is all the users migrating to NewGrounds. I never thought I'd see it get a revival.

Well, but for Japanese furry artist, Twitter is an alternative for the site to post their artworks. They also have Pawoo, which is known for posting a tons of loli and toodlercon stuff there.

Is TumblThree useful for saving pictures fast? Because sometimes during downloading, connection timeout occurred, leaving with incomplete/broken files.

They're not though. Don't know about Imgur but that isn't good as a social platform and becomes even worse if you post lewds.

I've for a long time now planned making a tumblr-like website that's specially designed for posting OC, but I'm not ready to make one yet in terms of server-side development skills. I'm a little regretful now that I haven't focused on that project as much as others.

Right, there isn't a perfect solution, but let's not pretend Tumblr's clusterfuck of an interface and image compression were somehow good just because they used to allow you to host whatever you wanted.

From my view as a non-artist, if an artist uses Pixiv to host his lewd work with big censorship bars over the good stuff and hosts the raw image on Imgur with links in the Pixiv description, then it seems to be an acceptable compromise, with the exception of large image files. Is that incorrect?

On another note, Twitter once announced that all PNGs will be converted to JPEGs, but now only under 900x900 pixels due to complaints.
