Midori from Tumblr provided me a translation for this.

It says:

So if I understand, a kemono artist was butthurt that their submission was rejected, noticed that there were more accepted gijinka (human anthropomorphization) comics than kemono comics, and the staff politely said "lol it's nothing ;)"

Either that, or gijinka comics were placed in the same category as true kemono comics, and the kemono artists are mad that they are losing what few spaces they have to shit that isn't even kemono.

Which artist was even rejected a booth? I've been following a bunch of them on Twitter and neither of them talked about this.
