Are there any kemono anime out there? I know Kemono Friends exist's, but that's not true kemono.
I've also seen some anime thats just plain comedy with Kemono in it (Ex:Aggressive Retsuko), but I want a real plot.
I'm looking for anime where all the characters are Kemono's, but if there aren't many anime like that, there can be some human characters too.

That actually looks really good. I love 3DCG and Iove the character design.
The initial plot of carnivores and omnivores coexisting together really reminds me of Zootopia, and I liked Zootopia

The main characters go full kemono during the performance/fight scenes in Show By Rock if you don't mind 3DCG. Don't expect a serious story out if it, though.

Here is the promising Kemono manga/light novel to get anime adoption
Darwin-sensei Kemonomusumetachi ga Gakuen de Omochi desu! (Light novel, Kishibe, 2019)
Kemonogiga (Web manga at Cycomi, Koishi Chikasa, 2018)

Prediction:
Kemonogiga to air in Summer 2022 with either 12 or 25 episodes, with more season to come in the next year, but only if Kemonogiga can become best and most popular Cycomi.

Darwin-sensei Kemonomusumetachi ga Gakuen de Omochi desu! to air in 2024, with 12 episodes.
