The animation studio's decision to calartsify Ark may sour your enjoyment, depending on how sensitive you are to that thing. But it's totally worth to watch Episode 1 for Waai-fu at least.

Third series in the Gundam Build universe after Gundam Build Fighters and Gundam Build Fighters Try, a meta branch of the Gundam franchise where Gundam robots are fictional and the main characters just play with plastic toys called Gunplas. Although usually considered one of the weakest entries in the Gundam universe, Build Divers is the first series to introduce furry kemono characters in nearly 40 years of the brand, giving it some historical relevance for kemoners. It's not a direct continuation of any previous series, so it can be watched directly without worrying about missing out on much.

Build Divers follows Riku and his friends, who want to become the best players in a new video game called Gunpla Battle Nexus Online, a VR MMORPG where players can play with their Gunplas after scanning them. The only kemono characters are Rommel, the second-best player in the game, and Tigerwolf, who acts as a mentor for the main characters. They both have relatively important roles but are not significant enough to be considered main characters, so this series should be considered more of a curiosity than a real kemono series.

Gundam Build Divers Re:Rise/ガンダムビルドダイバーズRe:RISE

Sequel to Gundam Build Divers, set two years after the previous series. Despite being a sequel it's not necessary to watch the original first, since all the relevant elements are reintroduced through flashbacks and exposition. However, it's recommended to watch the first series anyway because this sequel explores some of its weaker parts from a different perspective, making them more interesting, and these revisions are almost completely lost if Build Divers is skipped.

In Re:Rise, the VR video game that was the main scenario in the previous series received a new update, including a visual upgrade and more missions to explore, including some exclusive secret ones. Four players roaming the virtual world hear a cry for help and find a mission window showing Freddie, a dog-person who asks for help. The idea of being the first to complete one of the secret missions is alluring enough, so the players form an impromptu team to start the mission presented by Freddie. After accepting the mission, the game takes the players to Freddie's village, where, on top of the obligatory Gunpla battles, they'll also spend time getting to know more dog-people and cat-people.

The kemono presence in this series greatly exceeds that of the previous one, with Freddie playing a primary role and many other kemono characters -such as Freddie's siblings, Jed and Maiya, and their friend Stolas- also having relevant parts, making it entirely appropriate to consider Re:Rise an actual kemono series.
