I just host SFTP servers from https://github.com/drakkan/sftpgo on my PCs and use https://mixplorer.com/ to browse them, it's super-convenient.
But explaining networking and FTP, and TLS would be pretty painful, so syncing a folder with https://github.com/GermanCoding/SyncTrayzor + https://github.com/researchxxl/syncthing-android would probably be a way easier turnkey solution (assuming windows+android).

I'm just posting drawing videos because

3. you can still pick up a trick or two from seeing other people draw. Back when I was only studying programming I got a lot of general ideas of how pure C programmers do stuff purely from looking at C (and LUA) code on GitHub, which came in super useful in the compiler theory courses.

The pencil tool in the tegaki applet is the kind that draws aliased 100% opaque lines like in mspaint, not the kind of brush that looks like a pencil that you can find in the digital painting programs.
Unless you're specifically going for an aliased look, I'd recommend using the pen or airbrush tool at ~80% flow for more brush-like lines.
And, honestly, if you're learning to draw, I'm not sure if a tegaki applet would be the best tool.
I've heard Aki Leopard on 4chan say that he loves drawing in garyc.me because the limited toolset keeps things simpe, and I'd imagine using tegaki is also kind of like that. But many assumptions/guides/ideas that apply to normal drawing tools would probably work differently in a more limited environment.

It's probably the only thing I can give something remotely resembling an advice on, but you should look closer into how anime eyes are drawn.
You have a thick outline all around the eye, but, as you can see on the reference, the inner and the outer part are almost never outlined, and the upper and the lower eyelids should normally be drawn separately.
Also note how the eye is not uniform, but made of three (or four?) sides. Uniformly round eyes usually look weird, so you should probably avoid that.

It definitely looked better with tufts, now it's just a circle, and that looks kinda weird and cartoony.
Also, it looks like you're using line and shape tools for the nose and the face markings. I think you should avoid those and try to draw all strokes manually. Nature almost never has perfectly straight lines, so using them will immediately make your drawing look artificial and mspaint-made.
I know some artists use bezier curves (curved line tool), but a million years ago when I was young and had a tumblrgirl GF, she told me that in the artist communities even using those was considered unskilled and shameful.
Are you using any references, or trying to draw completely by yourself? You should definitely look up some simpler drawings from https://danbooru.donmai.us/posts?tags=japan%2A+furry%2A and try copying anatomic details, like the eyes and the mouths, study the head shapes, etc.
It also seems like you may not have the full knowledge of the kinds of tools drawing programs allow you to use. I'd recommend looking up some practical guides on how to use Krita or Photoshop. Not "how to draw in a particular program", but just in general how to use it.
Back in the day when I couldn't comprehend any drawing software more complicated than paint, we had to complete a photoshop course as part of my school comp-sci class. It was just some "photoshop for dummies" book teachers copied into a document and called that an assignment, with a bunch of image files, and bunch of step-by-step lists of what tools to use on them with what settings, but that was the first time a lot of understanding of how to use image editors clicked in my head, so I'd recommend looking into something like that.
At the very least you should definitely learn how layers work, they make a lot of things many times easier.
Note, though, that I only ever edit other people's work or draw ha-ha-funny images that are ugly on purpose for "comedic effect", so you may want to listen to the guy who actually draws over what I have to say.

This reminded me that some time ago I read some people giving advice to those who wanted to start drawing. Someone said something like this:
>find some pics you like and trace them
>when you get comfortable tracing those pics, find some other pics and try to copy them, but don't trace them, use them only as a reference
>and when you get comfortable copying reference pics, try to draw your own pictures
Some people said that it was better to start directly with the second step because when you're tracing you focus on the individual lines more than on the drawing, and it doesn't actually help you learn how to draw. Other people said that tracing helps you learn how to handle the pen, and it gives you confidence, so they considered it a good first step.
I don't know who's right, but at least some people think that tracing is a good idea when you want to learn how to draw, so I think you shouldn't feel bad for doing it.

If you want to try following a different advice, you can just read a book with drawing lessons. You surely can find books in your own language, but if you don't mind something in English, I remembered this book:

When I studied the colors in Mandarin, 青 was vaguely explained as "anything between green and blue," where it could mean either, especially in set phrases.
For people learning Chinese, they recommended using 绿 for green and 蓝 for blue, and just thinking of 青 as "cyan"(!) for convenience.

Depending on where you look what the colors of the rainbow are, it's often placed where we'd have blue, except that with a more greenish hue. Interestingly, the recommended word for blue would be a bit darker than ours and it'd be placed where we have indigo.

The point of the video is that the original meaning of the colour 青 is lost because we simply have a different understanding of colour compared to our ancestors. They didn't have the access to the full color wheel, while in our time 16M colours is the absolute bottom baseline for a computer monitor.
Therefore, we mainly think of colours in terms of HUE, while our ancestors would use their vocabulary to more specifically describe the nuance of whatever colours they did have access to.
Like, this chick scale, trying to place 青 on the HUE spectrum (w*stern, by the way, eww) makes it look like cyan, while from the description it sounds more like the kind of blue/green-tinded shine you'd see on polished pebbles or raven feathers, like the tint of light is more important han the base HUE, if you get what I mean.
Also, now that the whole world works on the same colour theory, not having words for particular HUEs in your language is kinda lame, so the old colours get re-purposed to fill in thrle blanks, like with ao/midori, and 青 becoming cyan.

Yeah, just giving some context on how the word is taught nowadays for newcomers: when you find it, it can describe very different shades, but you should use other words for those colors, and if you're going to use this word just think of it as this specific color. I think it's kind of funny.
Also, I find it interesting that they have a slightly different rainbow to accommodate the elusive word in it between green and blue. It's curious that they do it by removing indigo because, as the video says, most people don't really consider indigo a real color in the West either.

By the way, the video mentions the distinction between 青 and 緑 in modern Japanese, but it omits one of my favorite curiosities. It's pretty well known, but still. The Traffic lights in Japan have a blue light because green was translated as 青, back when it still could mean green or blue. Even though the word changed into (mostly) meaning blue, their traffic code didn't change, so they simply made the lights blue.
China doesn't have this problem, and traffic lights are called 红绿灯, which literally means red-green lamp.
