Hmm, that's a tough ask, most dakimakuras are pornographic, or at the very least suggestive by their nature. Though, I guess you could order a one-sided print from a "safe" side of an "unsafe" dakimakura, IDK.
>Russia
Congrats on being the first non-spammer from there if true, but won't you get prosecuted for pederasty/obscenity if you actually try to order a kemosho pillow over there? I mean, even if it's non-suggestive, if I was a Russian border-policeman, I'd probably have a pretty skewed perception of cute vs obscene.
AFAIK, Russia has anti-pornography laws, though I'm not sure if they specifically concern selling, buying, or possession. Also, I've heard Russian government was at least trying to equate all anime to child pornography, though that was maybe a decade ago.
Not to scare you, though. I can only speculate, and the Russian furry artists seem to post some pretty degenerate stuff if the Boosty-es leaked to kemoparty are anything to go by. But I'd ask around your local anime communities about how buying such stuff goes, both in Russia in general and your specific region.
What kind of pillow do you want, specifically a shota, or are lolies, or adult men/women okay? What about TDM/Kyoana? As far as I know, most artists collaborate with stores, and only post tiny watermarked previews online, so you can't really find source quality images. Though I've seen some of them post seemingly pretty high-quality images to their fanboxes.
Perhaps you could start by tag-searching dakimakura+kemono/mesukemo/osukemo/kemololi/kemoshota/etc. on Pixiv and check out the sites they link in the description, or check the artists' fanboxes. (The artist's page URL is .../users/{id}, you can change the URL to https://kemono.cr/fanbox/user/{id} to see if he's been imported to kemoparty.)
Here's the sample search: https://pixivfe.ducks.party/search?category=artworks&name=抱き枕%20ケモノ&mode=all
Hete's a different front end (with cloudlfare and annoying bot check) if the previous doesn't work https://pixiv.perennialte.ch/search?category=artworks&name=抱き枕%20ケモノ&mode=all
The dakimakura tags according to danbooru are 抱き枕, 抱きまくら, 抱き枕カバー, and 抱枕.
The kemono tags are:
ケモノ - general kemono tag.
メスケモ - women.
オスケモ - men.
ケモロリ - girls.
ケモショタ - boys.
耳 - "ears" can be excluded with -耳 to remove animal-ear girls if there are too many of them.
Search button's in the top right. I'll leave the combinatorics up to you.
Also check Search options>Search mode to try full-text search on description, but it's probably going to be hard to find anything meaningful with.
You can also try dakimakura_(medium) furry* on danbooru or dakimakura_design ( ~kemono ~japanese_text ~japanese_description ~japanese ~chinese_text ~chinese_description ~chinese ~korean_text ~korean_description ~korean ) on e621.

And then from there also check descriptions, or click the question marks near artist tags to go to wiki pages that usually contain the artists' pixivs and other socials.
Those will probably mainly be westerners, though.
As for what shops will sell/deliver to Russia (especially nowadays), I have no idea. You should look up some Russian anime/furry community on Matrix/Discord/Telegram and ask around if anyone has experience importing to your particular place. Or e-mail the shops and ask if they can arrange a delivery.
Actually, I guess, you could just generally look up pics of kemonos laying in bed seen from above, not necessarily dakimakuras. I'll post them here if I see any in my folders/on Pixiv.
