 While itch.io has a "kemono" tag, it is nearly empty. So you'll have to manually scour the "furry" tag, search results, and user-picked collections for kemono and kemonolike games.  日本語のケモノノベルゲーム is an example of one such collection.
 Also, keep in mind that 18+ games and authors will be unlisted in searches and recommendations.

 Japanese itch.io clone specialized in free games. As is the former, full of trash with an occasional gem or two in-between. But, at least, unlike itch it is certified 100% pure kemono trash.

 Japanese site for indie WASM Unity browser games (RIP Flash). Has a  dedicated kemono tag with currently a dozen games.

In a sense, a studio that started it all. Even the word "kemoner" is thought to have been popularized by the .hack//G.U. games developed by CC2.
Founded in 1996, they debuted in 1998 with Tail Concerto. A shamelessly kemoner 3D kemololisho platformer. Which despite a warm reception failed to achieve financial viability. Leaving CC2 as just another faceless workhorse under Bandai Namco.
For over 25 years now, they are diligently toiling on licensed anime spinoff games. All the while putting all their excess profits back into kemoner culture.
Including but not limited to:
 • Self-publishing the original games that were supposed to be published after Tail Concerto (known as Little Tail Bronx series)
 • Designing kemololisho mascots for their own prefecture's emergency service
 • Helping with and participating in gaming and/or anthro conventions, Japanese and foreign
  ⁃ Including publishing their book anthology series Kemono Project, dedicated to highlighting kemoner artists.
While the kemoner community existed way before CyberConnect2. As you can tell, without them, it would have definitely been a many times smaller and bleaker place. So if you're ever willing to support a kemono developer, they would probably be the choice that would have the most effect.

By the way, it is mandatory for every kemoner to get acquainted with at least one Little Tail game:

A 3D platformer by CyberConnect 2, made on the wave of the post-SM64 craze.
Part 1 of CyberConnect2's Little Tail Bronx series.
You play as Waffle Rhyebread. A police officer tasked with protecting the kingdom of Prairie from terrorist attacks by the sky pirate group known as the Black Cats Gang with the help of your service mech Police Robo.
The gameplay consists of Alundra 2-style 3D-platforming/puzzle sections. The main mechanics are wall-climbing, platforming, and fighting the bandit kittens. Weaker kittens being shot by the bubble-blaster, while stronger enemies usually require you to pick up and throw either their own bombs or other objects at them. Each section culminates in a Mega Man Legends-style boss-fight.

The English voiceover has famously tacky acting. So, it's recommended to play the undub version unless you're into that kind of thing.

Part 2 of CyberConnect2's Little Tail Bronx series.
A pair of ordinary bounty hunters, Red Savarin and Chocolat Gelato, take a seemingly simple job to steal a confidential document from the airship Hindenburg.
However, having retrieved the document, Red decides to snoop around for some bonus loot. And the loot he finds takes him on a JRPG adventure he never bargained for. Which may or may not end with god or two having to be put down.
The gameplay is similar to Tail Concerto's mech-based platforming-exploration. But with a focus shifted towards exploration more so than platforming. The combat is built almost entirely around the throwing mechanic. Be it chaining throw combos to repeatedly slam enemies into the ground, circling the enemies that don't want to be grabbed from the front, or throwing back whatever they throw at you to stun them so they can be thrown. Instead of climbing, level movement is spiced up with puzzle segments that involve juggling Red in and out of his mech to do things like carrying boxes vs. operating switch panels.

Little Tail Story is a puzzle/RPG hybrid set in the Little Tail Bronx universe. Like previous Little Tail Bronx games, it features cute anthropomorphic animals set in a colourful, stylized future fantasy universe. The player builds a team of cute adventurers on the hunt for treasure, and over the course of the game are able to collect new allies and items. This game's turn-based gameplay marks a major departure from previous Little Tail games. Enemies are placed on a puzzle-style 3 by 3 grid; different character classes are able to attack different patterns of squares on the board, so the player must build a card game-style "deck" of hero characters and swipe through them in order to effectively target enemies.

Released 25 March 2014. Dead by October of the same year.
Even though the APK was preserved, as an online-only game, it is unplayable without a server emulator. Not to mention that most of the game's assets were probably downloaded as cache, and are therefore lost forever. Unless you know someone from Japan who has a phone from 2014 with the game still installed.
Thankfully, it didn't have time to become anything to miss out on, but do check out the cute outfit promos screenshotted on the wiki.
(The old one, they don't seem to have been moved yet.)

One fateful night, a peaceful village is thrown into the flames of war. Determined to save their families, a group of children boards a giant tank and begins an offensive charge!
Fuga: Melodies of Steel is an RPG where you place children, each with their own unique characteristics and skills, at different gun turrets in a tank to fight against the enemy.
Living inside the tank, the children show emotion and gain affinity amongst each other. Manage these both to change the outcome of their journey!
-A mysterious ancient weapon: The Taranis
Taranis, the giant tank sheltering the children, conceals many mysteries and somehow seems to have its own will. In situations of crisis, it can release a forbidden weapon, the dreadful Soul Cannon.
-Your adventure. Your choices.
Will you make sacrifices for victory? Or will you seek another path?
In this RPG, many choices have to be made in order to progress... but taking the safest road may not always be the best option.
Faced with a desperate situation, what course of action will you choose?

Part 3 of the Little Tail Bronx trilogy, and CC2's magnum opus, which they funded out of their own pocket, ditching Bandai Namco.
The gameplay is a pretty standard delay-based JRPG. You slot 6 of 12 dogchildren into 3 cannons. Front children man the gun, doing one attack/guard/skill action per turn, while the reserve children imbue them with passive bonuses. Similarly, against you go 1 to 3 units of enemy machinery, either tanks or helicopters. Depending on their speed stats, all actors on the battlefield get placed on the turn meter - whoever reaches its head first gets to act. However, each enemy, depending on its type, is vulnerable to a specific type of ammunition, which depends on which child is manning the turret. Hitting the enemy with the correct ammo type will delay it until its next action. By delaying the enemies correctly, you will pretty much never have to use the Child Cannon, for reasons other than your own amusement.
Combats are situated on a one-way linear path with occasional forks that allow you to pick the direction you want to go. At the end of each level is a downtime section when you get to interact the children together to raise their affection, upgrade the tank and cook food to get buffs for the next battle.

 Choose the appropriate action considering what you need to do right now.

When you reach the ending, your score will be displayed.

It's not that kind of game, sorry.
The game is pretty self-explanatory:
1 use hammer in the room with the most damaged window
2 empty the mousetrap in the room to the right
3 board secong most damaged window, scavenge or rest depending on what you need
3.1 bandaged hands mean you need to rest, lack of canned food means you need to scavenge
4 repeat until you die or reach an ending.
Using the binoculars shows you a random CG each day. It doesn't waste an action.
I'm not sure if swinging the bat does anything.
Scenario_A is CO-OP, Scenario_B Single-player.

"HOLEHOLE" is an adventure game where players collect scattered objects on the map, engage in conversations and assist residents, and prepare for the next exploration by performing various actions.

One day, the player accidentally falls into a certain hole and freely explores the dungeon to find objects and search for residents. However, it is also a player's choice to not engage in exploration.

A small group (?) of Hungarians releasing small kinetic R-18 visual novels. Basically, modern day flash games.
Sometimes they feature kemono characters, occasionally lolies, but most often ferals.
I don't know if they're commissioning (or borrowing) art, or have whomever they could find for their own artists, but the quality seems to vary wildly, from Macromedia Flash tier to passable.
At least, judging by the previews. I've only checked out the Wappa game. It was OK.

(Unityroom description)
Protect the Shrine!
Use obstacles and turrets to defend the shrine—and its resident earth deity—from the oncoming sacrilegious hordes!

~How to Play~
 Click the bell on the right side of the screen to ring it and earn money.
 Select an item on the left side of the screen, then click anywhere to place it.
 Once you’ve gathered enough money, press and hold the bottom-left corner to reinforce the shrine!
 If the shrine is destroyed by the sacrilegers, it’s game over!

Operation Instructions

The controls are performed with the mouse.
○ Obtaining Money
Click the bell on the right side of the screen. When you do, the bell will ring and you’ll receive money. The more the gauge is filled, the more money you obtain. You can also earn money by defeating the enemy sacrilegers.
○ Placing Items
Click an item in the list on the left side of the screen to select it. While it’s selected, click anywhere on the screen to spend money and place or use the chosen item. You cannot stack items on top of each other.
○ Shrine Enhancement
When you have at least the necessary amount of money, press and hold the button at the bottom left of the screen until its gauge is full. You’ll spend money to enhance the shrine. Enhancing the shrine unlocks additional items on the left panel and simultaneously increases the shrine’s durability, the attack power of your items, and the amount of money you gain from ringing the bell.

The main game can pretty easily be cheesed by speedrunning bombs and using them to push stage 1 mooks away from the shrine while you farm the bell. Then try to unlock repair by the end of the stage. Leave one fat guy alive, pen him off with "no human" signs, and keep spamming repair on the signs and farming the bell until you max out your shrine and get enough money to litter stones and machine guns everywhere.

Throw that last bit of Steam description about Fuga 1 not being necessary to enjoy Fuga 2 right out.
Mechanically, Fuga 2 to Fuga 1 is sort of what Doom 2 is to Doom: more of the same, bigger and with more polish.
In particular, CC2 really tightened the controls and overall UX of their game by the second chapter, to the point where returning to Fuga 1 may feel like a slog after the second one.
If you've played the first Fuga, and felt like you've had just enough by the end, or felt like it started to overstay its welcome, I'd recommend taking a break before playing the second one.
If you felt like you want more, Fuga 2 is exactly that.

In this title, all characters you encounter—both main party members and town NPCs—are kemono (anthropomorphic animal) characters. Humans have gone extinct.

Story
• Milne, the protagonist, sets out on an adventure to slay the Demon Lord after her sister is brainwashed and her younger sibling is kidnapped.
• Enjoy lively dialogue from richly individual characters—both in story events and in battle, everyone talks up a storm!
• The overall tone is light and upbeat with occasional dark humor.

Combat
• Battles are driven by flashy, fast-paced effects.
• Difficulty is quite high. If you don’t defeat weaker foes quickly, they’ll overwhelm you.
• Boss fights demand the right equipment and skill setups. Your first try may feel impossible, but there’s always a solution.

Dungeons
• Checkpoints are placed at reasonable intervals; once you reach a certain point, you can retry from there.
• Even if you’re wiped out, you keep all experience points and enemy drops. The only losses are items taken from chests.
• Collect scattered “Star Candies” to unlock and enhance passive skills.

Skills
You’ll gradually gain access to more abilities:

Passive Skills
Spend Star Candies collected in dungeons to acquire special abilities.
You can reset and reallocate points any time, so feel free to experiment.

Formations
Arrange your characters’ positions to gain stat bonuses based on placement. Put frail characters in the back row for safety.

In the First Version, you can play up to partway through the story.

That's the first guy on my memory that figured out what "DoNotShip" in "BurstDebugInformation_DoNotShip" means! \ (^o^)/
Even gaijins don't always get it.
His game folder looks very clean and well organized too, and the UI and animations on the game seem so professional.
Let's hope this gets translated at some point.

About This Game
Ameagari no Hanaby is a single-player 2D-action game with fireworks as a theme.

FEATURES

    Unique worlds: as if she travels, Hanaby goes round a wide variety of worlds.

About This Game

“Hanaby the Witch” is a 2D action game where you adventure through various worlds, battling monsters that stand in your way using "fireworks".

This is the second installment of the Hanaby series, following the previous title “Ameagari no Hanaby”, and it can be enjoyed by newcomers who haven't played the first game.

About the fireworks and the Protagonist
The protagonist, Hanaby, is a squirrel girl in training to become a fireworks artist. For Hanaby, "fireworks" (also hanaby) refers to her weapons. There are four categories of fireworks:

    Handheld Fireworks: Allow gliding when shot downward. (That is by double-tapping Z mid-air)
    Sky Rocket Fireworks: Extremely high single-shot firepower.
    Pinwheel Fireworks: Rolls across the ground while scattering flames.
    Bottle Rocket Fireworks: Dominates the battlefield with rapid-fire.

This installment features a total of 15 uniquely designed fireworks. Use them strategically in different areas to advance your adventure favorably.

About the Worlds
The adventure takes place across eight distinct worlds, each with its own unique atmosphere that isn’t straightforward. Each world consists of several areas, each with its own characteristics.

    All BGM is created by "Aaaaa."
    Supports both keyboard and gamepad, with built-in button configuration for gamepads.
    There are three save files, and progress and items are auto-saved.
    A Speedrun Mode is available, unlocked after clearing story mode.

Kemonogatari on wayback machine is missing a scenario for Copper, the CG was uploaded to e6 at least, but the script is gone.
Something that's truly lost to time is the Lintw days pictures which was made available through a subscription. It was uploaded to the artist's pixiv until all of that was nuked in 2017.

Yeah, I checked the source and sadly it's actually missing two scenarios. There's a list at the bottom of the file first.ks on the folder scenario_ja, and on that list there are references to the scenarios 06B and 09B that weren't archived.

I'm afraid it'll be impossible to find those, at least Google didn't help. Interestingly though, I found this thread on F95zone:

This little game is based on an existing property, with the blessings of the original creator.

According to the source material, due to the large genetic variations between individual Lintwians they have significant difficulty naturally reproducing; instead they rely upon the lab systems covering the planet for genetic splicing as a means of fulfilling the same function.
In order to prevent abuse of these systems, however, it is not within their control to willingly create new Lintwians. 
Such a thing is governed by the AI systems present in each lab, which monitors the surface world's population and acts according.

In this game I represent that by allowing the player, taking the role of an overseer, to willingly create new Lintwians, including the ability to create completely customised individuals.

I suppose I could quite happily add a genetic splicing option so that two Lintwians could still have genetic offspring, though the concept of familial relations does not exist on Lintw so it would just be a middle ground between the "completely random" and "completely custom" character generation options.
That's some fucking crazy lore.
I know he's not making this stuff alone, but still, what a polymath.
He's been up to so much stuff for so long, it feels a little unfair how little known he is compared to Marimo or Dagasi.

I made a thread about the lore back in the days, it should be in the ruins still.
That test in the pic there, should you pass it, leads to the (unarchived) Copper punishment scene. (Not quite as hot as Gold's IMO)

That fangame seems to be missing their iconic nametags unfortunately.

The fangame's itch.io says they have an AI do everything for them (and these fucks managed to get lost on a 2D plane and become hungry and miserable after I surrounded them with toys and food from all sides and left them to farm happiness for the day, so I'm inclined to believe that). Now that's a bad one. I guess some organisms have natural resistance to radiation, but I can't imagine it's too bad if basically normal animal-people can live there and not immediately get turbocancer. At least I don't know of many things cells can do to protect their DNA from constant radiation besides copypasting it really quickly and very carefully and double-checking it all the time.

It makes sense in hindsight how konza was one of the first guys to try to put together actual AI workflows back when there were only sd1.3 and the freshly leaked NAI model and made LoRAs of himself. Don't think he actually shared them, though.

In hindsight maybe it was a bad idea to buy the game on launch day, I reckon it would have been a good idea to buy the game after the translation was released to show that the translation was much needed. Welp, I hope we'll get a translation anyway, I still haven't even opened the game.

I don't have it installed anymore but, if I recall correctly, the translation for the demo was released decompiled. I guess it's the same translation this guy was making when he wrote that post.
